Strategic Plan

SIAP has been preparing the five-year plan from its inception for effective strategic and operational management and coordination of its activities. The plan is revised based on training needs every fifth year since 1970. The Strategic Plan started getting its approval from the Governing Coucil from the plan 2005 - 2009.
